Order to approve and authorize the acquisition of a Utility, Drainage and Temporary Construction Easement from Kenny Jones and Jameeka Jones for municipal utility and drainage purposes, for and in consideration of the payment of $10,000.00, the City providing one (1) sewer tap to the property, and the City constructing a thirty-foot (30’) wide limestone entrance to the property; and to authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the acquisition.
