Consider request by The Waltwood Group, LLC, for a variance to allow them to develop lots 1-6 with a 70 ft. wide lot width instead of the required 80 ft., to develop lots 11-15 where the lot widths and setbacks are measured where lots open up instead of at road right of way, and to allow them to build 1500 sq. ft. homes instead of the required 2000 sq. ft. on parcel F07M-16-20.
