Order to adopt a Resolution declaring the intention of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pearl, Mississippi to issue taxable Urban Renewal Revenue Refunding Bonds of said city in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed twenty-three million dollars ($23,000,000.00) for the purpose of refunding all of the outstanding $10,000,000.00 City of Pearl, Mississippi Taxable Urban Renewal Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2013 (Childre Road Urban Renewal Revenue Refunding Project) plus accrued and unpaid interest, and for related purposes.
