Order to approve and authorize the purchase of an easement from Ernest and Varria Larry for the sewer construction project which is a proper municipal purpose to provide sewer services at the purchase price of $5,000.00 and said purchase price is commensurate with the fair market value and to authorize Mayor Windham to execute any and all necessary documents associated therein.
