Order to authorize and approve the MOA between the City of Pearl Board of Aldermen and the Mayor for the purpose of memorializing an agreement to obligate the City’s ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for those purposes set forth in the Subaward agreements between the City of Pearl and the MS Department of Environmental Quality, MDEQ Agreement numbers 9-2-CW-5.5 (SE Sewer Rehab-Airport Rd) and 484-2-CW-5.5 (Citywide Sewer Rehab), set forth in Attachment A, along with any current or future modifications thereto, and to authorize Mayor Windham to execute the same.
